Each Charmie Galaiya creation is made-to-order by hand. Lighter pieces ship in 2–3 weeks, while heavily embroidered bridal lehengas take 4–5 weeks. We confirm a precise timeline with you at the time of enquiry.

Yes. We ship to over 25 countries with secure, insured worldwide delivery. International duties and taxes, where applicable, are borne by the customer and vary by destination.

Every piece is available in standard sizes (XS–XXL) or fully custom-tailored to your measurements. For custom orders we provide a detailed measurement guide and offer virtual fitting consultations to ensure a flawless fit.

As each garment is crafted specifically for you, custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. We work closely with you before production to ensure every detail is exactly as you wish.

How should I care for my couture piece?

All pieces are dry clean only. We recommend storing your lehenga flat or on a padded hanger, away from direct sunlight, and using a muslin garment bag for heavily embroidered designs.
