Mulberry Wine Lehenga Set

The darkest and warmest tone in Pearls and Petals: a mulberry wine that reads almost black in shadow and glows plum under warm light. Matte and glass sequins are worked together with zardozi so the surface has two distinct levels of shine, and three-dimensional florals in the same deep tone are appliquéd across the skirt to give the colour somewhere to catch. The bustier is boned and structured, and the wine net dupatta is left sheer so it reads as a wash of colour rather than a second layer.
